How to use this site, Purchasing & Downloading, Licensing Terms & Conditions

The Lightbox

>The Lightbox function is used to edit and collate a collection of images. You may save up to 120 images in your lightbox and come back to them at a future date to re-edit or send the whole lightbox to a colleague. You can also create multiple lightboxes. If you wish to purchase images from your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view an enlarged preview and to display the pricing. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.

Shopping Cart

>The shopping cart displays your order details. If you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the 'remove' link on the right side.

Checking out

>You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that we can review your orders.

>For fast & secure online payments we utilize PayPal for purchases made on this site. Please note all prices are in Australian dollars and Australian customers will be charged 10% GST. A tax invoice will be emailed with your purchase.

>If you do not want to use our online ordering system, we are available to take phone orders from 8.30am to 5.00pm Australian Eastern Standard time Monday to Friday. Our off-line credit card system takes VISA & MASTERCARD. You can of course also pay by Electronic Funds Transfer or send us a Cheque (Australia only). Image File specs & Downloading Files

>All images are available as either hi-resolution Press-ready files or Web-ready files. Royalty Free images can be instantly downloaded from our site as web-ready's or in three Press-ready sizes up to A3 (Double Page spread). For Rights Managed and larger Press-Ready files we can either upload them to our FTP Server for downloading or burn to Disc and despatch by courier or express post. Our image files are of the highest professional Press-Ready quality and originate from either RAW Digital Captures in sizes from 10.5 Megapixels (MP) right through to 39 MP or from colour transparencies in formats up to 5x4" (10x13cm) and including 6x12cm & 6x17cm panoramas. All transparencies have been professionally drum scanned at 300dpi and colour balanced. Press-Ready files are supplied as Adobe RGB 300dpi jpegs at the size specified and Web-Ready files are supplied as sRGB 72dpi jpegs with the long side being 800 pixels. For orders larger than A3, if we don't think a particular image will hold up to the size ordered we will let you know.

Royalty Free & Rights Managed Licensing

> Royalty Free (RF) files are purchased once and can be used for an unlimited duration by the purchaser for the following Usages: Brochures & Advertising Leaflets, Flyers, Catalogues, Direct Mail material, ONE company or personal website/domain (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com), Newsletters (electronic or printed), Posters, Packaging & point-of-sale, Annual Reports, Magazine, Book & Newspress editorial, Magazine & Press Advertising, Television, Video, Power-point & multi-media presentations. RF images cannot be passed-on or re-sold to third party's. They can be altered if necessary, but they cannot, in whole or part-of, be included in any composite that is resold. RF IMAGES CANNOT BE USED FOR MERCHANDISING PRODUCT FOR RE-SALE, NO POSTCARDS, NO GREETING CARDS, NO CALENDERS, NO POSTERS, NO T-SHIRTS, CAPS & CLOTHING ITEMS, NO MUGS, MOUSE PADS OR KEY RINGS OR PRODUCT OF ANY TYPE FOR RE-SALE. If you require an image for merchandising products for re-sale please contact us and we will supply a quote to cover your requirements.

> Rights Managed (RM) images can be used as per the terms of the Usage License purchased only. We have included a RM Price Calculator so that you can quickly and simply input the Usage/s required, obtain a price and continue to the Checkout Section. Please note that the advantage of a Rights Managed License is that we monitor who is using the image/s and where; therefore managing possible commercial conflicts. For this reason, instant downloads are not available for RM purchases - once we check for conflicts/restrictions, the image/s will be uploaded to our FTP server and we will send you an email with the image/s download link. This process is normally same day or next day turnaround. We will send you a reminder approx. 1 month before the expiry of your Usage License to see if you require additional licensing. We can also offer Exclusive Usage Licensing - please contact us or details if this is required. As with all images on this site, RM images or parts of RM images cannot be copied, passed-on or on-sold to third partys.

> NOTICE TO USER: If you are obtaining image reproduction rights on behalf of your employer, you represent that you have the authority and right to bind the employer to the terms contained in this agreement. REDBRICKSTOCK.COM reserves the right to modify, alter or update these terms of use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
