Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online complaints or requests. All of our staff members with access to personal information obtained on our web sites are also bound to adhere to this policy and have signed confidentiality agreements.

How We Use Personal Information Collected Online

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. Personal information is used internally to reply to enquiries, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other party. We may however, from time to time send promotional material to registered users via email. If you do not wish to receive this material, please let us know.

Password and Security

As a Registered User, you are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password on the Site, so you need to take responsible measures to protect your Login details, and you hereby agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Your password may be used only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You accept full responsibility for all transactions and other activity placed or conducted through your account and agree to and hereby release redbrickstock.com and it's owners from any and all liability concerning such transactions or activity. You agree to notify us immediately of any actual or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized use of your account or password. We has no obligation to inquire as to the authority or propriety of any use of or action taken under your password and will not be responsible for any loss to you arising from any such use or action or from your failure to comply with the above. We will take reasonable security precautions when using the Internet, telephone or other means to transport data or other communications, but expressly disclaims any and all liability for the accessing of any such data or communications by unauthorized persons or entities.

Unlawful or Libelous Use

You agree you will not use the Website or Images and content contained therein to: (1) violate any local, state, federal or international law (2) for offensive, blasphemous, defamatory, unlawful, pornographic, obscene, abusive, threatening, harmful, menacing or otherwise objectionable purposes (3) in a way that infringes any copyright, intellectual property right or any moral right of any party, (4) upload, post or otherwise transmit any material which is likely to cause harm to the Site, Service or anyone else's computer systems (5) for any other Use other than specified in our Usage License terms (6) .

Copyright

The whole Site, content and material contained on and within the Site, including public and private, posted and non-posted, including, but not limited to images, graphics, trademarks, logos, articles and or documents (including this agreement and License Terms and agreements contained herein), text, design, coding, software, photographs, illustrations, icons, the compilation of all content, are the property of the Owner and/or it's assigns are protected by Australian, Queensland and international laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to the Owner and/or third parties. No material from the Website is to be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, passed-on, on-sold or distributed in any way other than under the Terms Of Use as set out in the Usage License granted to a purchaser of said license.

License Terms & Usage Rights

>ROYALTY FREE: Royalty Free (RF) files are purchased once and can be used for an unlimited duration by the purchaser for the following Usages: Brochures & advertising leaflets, flyers, catalogues, direct mail material, 1x (one) company or personal website /domain address (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com), newsletters, posters, packaging & point-of-sale, annual reports, magazine, book & newspress editorial, magazine & press advertising, television, video, power-point & multi-media presentations. RF images cannot be passed-on or re-sold to third party's. They can be altered if necessary, but they cannot in whole or part-of, be included in any composite image that is then resold as a new image. RF images may not be passed-on or re-sold to third party's. They may be altered if necessary, but they may not, in whole or part-of, be included in any composite that is resold, or used for unlawful or pornographic purposes, or to defame any person. RF IMAGES MAY NOT BE USED FOR TRADE MARKS OR SERVICE MARKS, MERCHANDISING PRODUCT FOR RE-SALE (except as packaging), NO POSTCARDS, NO GREETING CARDS, NO CALENDERS, NO POSTERS, NO T-SHIRTS, CAPS OR CLOTHING ITEMS, NO MUGS, MOUSE PADS, KEY RINGS, SOUVENIR OR NOVELTY ITEMS OR PRODUCT OF ANY TYPE FOR RE-SALE. If you require an image for merchandising products for re-sale please contact us and we will supply a quote to cover your requirements. Unathorised use of the image/s will entitle redbrickstock.com to exercise all rights under applicable law, including an injunction preventing further use and monetary damages against all users and beneficiaries of the use of such image/s.

> RIGHTS MANAGED (RM) images can be used as per the terms of the Usage License purchased only. We have included a RM Price Calculator so that you can quickly and simply input the Usage/s required, obtain a price and continue to the Checkout Section. Please note that the advantage of a Rights Managed License is that we monitor who is using the image/s and where; therefore managing any conflicts - you will not see that image used in the same context as covered by your License during the term of the License. For this reason, instant downloads are not available for RM purchases - once we check for conflicts, the image/s will be uploaded to our FTP server and we will send you an email with the image/s download link. This process is normally same day or next day turnaround. We will send you a reminder approx. 1 month before the expiry of your Usage License to see if you require additional licensing. We can also offer Exclusive Usage Licensing - please contact us or details if this is required. As with all images on this site, RM images or parts of RM images cannot be copied, passed-on or on-sold to third partys. Unathorised use of the image/s will entitle redbrickstock.com to exercise all rights under applicable law, including an injunction preventing further use and monetary damages against all users and beneficiaries of the use of such image/s.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless redbrickstock.com™, a wholly owned subsiduary of Red Brick Studios Pty Ltd (ACN 120 105 777) against all claims, damages, liability, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (1) a breach of this agreement (2) the use of this site and the use of any Image either alone or in combination with any other material, (3) your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or (4) any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image, alone or in combination with any other material. .

Alterations, Modifications & Updates to the Agreement

redbrickstock.com™ reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to modify, alter or update these terms of use at any time by posting the modified Terms and Conditions or other policies and guidelines on the Website but without formal or direct notice to you and you agree to be bound by such modifications,alterations or updates. The modifications, alterations and updates shall be effective upon such posting. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically so that you are aware of any modifications. Your use of the Website indicates your full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in their then-current form each time you use the Site. You agree that the notice provisions provided in these Terms and Conditions are reasonable.

Termination

We may also, at our discretion, suspend, reject, block, terminate or remove your account and User access if we feel they are abusing or violating any of our Terms of Use. In the event of such termination, you shall not be relieved of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination, including any License's purchased by you and any liability that you otherwise may have to the Owner or the Website, including without limitation all indemnification obligations contained herein will be fully adhered to.

Definitions

'Owner', Owner's, 'Site', 'Site's' or 'Website': means or refers to this website; redbrickstock.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Red Brick Studios Pty Ltd ACN ACN 120 105 777.

'You' or 'Your' or 'Registered User': means the person, entity, organisation, company, or representative, authorised or otherwise, using our Site.

'Account' and 'User' and 'Registered User': means you or your represented entity, company or organisation.

'Terms & Conditions': means these Terms as set out in this document.

'RF' refers to Royalty Free Licensing, as defined above under the heading 'License Terms & Usage Rights'

'RM' refers to Rights Managed licensing as defined above under the heading 'License Terms & Usage Rights'

'RF' 'Image' means any photograph displayed on this Website

'Reproduction' or 'Reproduce' means any form of publication; printed, electronic or otherwise, copying, distribution or other communication to the public of the whole or part of any Image whether by printing, projection, photography, xerography, layout or presentation, artist's illustration or by electronic, internet, multimedia, digital or mechanical means or by any other means. Reproduction further includes the use of, in whole or in part of any Image in the creation of another Image or picture, n any media, which may be partly or completely different from the original Image whether such difference is caused wholly or partly by computer, electronic, digital, mechanical or any other means.
